Kompong Chhnang: Deputy Director of the National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection of Kompong Chhnang Provincial Department of Departure of Drivers in Kompong Chhnang Province, October 3, 2015.The victim was identified as Ken Phelan 31 year old male in the role of Deputy Director Will work with the National Assembly, the Senate and the Inspection of Kompong Chhnang Province.The traffic police said that the victim was in a car accident, crashing into the water, causing self-harm.
